  1. dear sir.  the government can only enforce rules.  rules are words on a piece of paper.  pieces of paper can not keep anyone safe.

  2. It’s not about the government alone… Mr. Ron Harvey you can enforce it as rule in your immediate facility, if you subject your employees to obey safety or quit they will certainly choose to stay, earning their living with safety.

    so, if a person gets injured, they must have “Disobeyed” a rule.  do you then fire them for their defiance of the published and sanctified rule?
    do you think your rules cover every possible situation that can arise in the workplace?
    So every time a new hazard is identified, you write a new rule? 
    How long do you think it will be before there are so many rules that no one knows what to do?
     if you fill a whole bookshelf full of books full of rules, do you think anyone will bother to read them?
    i am not being belligerent.  i am, though, opposed to treating men and women like children by subjecting them to schoolmaster-like, disciplinarian oversight.

  4. Thanks for your input feedback Mr. Ron Harvey being proactive help prevent potential havoc, it’s not about sanctified published rule. Our publication is not to fire employees base on hazards but for building consciousness. In safety we have accidents investigation department were defaulters are held to account for their negligence, deliberate action or inactions. In work places we have golden rule over all rule and it’s SAFETY FIRST, if you can’t work with it then you are to walk away. many of our clients had testified to rigid safety to safer work place, we base our publication on a researched and on going practice and call for more objective contribution. You are expert by your profile we hope to sharing with you, thanks again.
